Real Quick

Hey everybody. I know I haven't been on the last few days. I'm having some stuff going on with my family & with some of my health. I'll be back as soon as I can. I don't know exactly when that will be, but hopefully it'll be soon. (:

For now, everything is being left up to the Organizers group, which consists of Doliath & PrincessKairi25. Things in the Writing sections will be moderated by enchantedrose21. Anything they see fit to delete or move or whatever is up to them.

I'll talk to everybody later & catch up again soon. Until then, I have to say goodbye for the time being.

Not related at all to this topic, but I didn't want to make a new section.

Whoever cleared the Chatzy (username: Squall): the POINT of that site is so we could reference back to everything we've talked about in there, so it WOULDN'T be erased. So, whoever did it, if they're a member of this board, please don't do it again. We need that stuff to look back at. All the discussions about Pike and possible script ideas are now gone.

And to everyone who goes into Chatzy: NEVER clear the room. There's no need to.

Thalia, I do have good news involving the script.
I had saved it all prior, and will be releasing the prologue script soon.
As far as Pike is concerned, I have him posted.

Still, it's better that we have the exact conversations. I feel better about knowing what all was said and what everybody's ideas were so nothing ever gets left out or anything.

Anyway, just to be clear; we don't want anybody clearing the chat site.

Something else that's been bugging me is that people aren't at least checking in regularly. If they sign up for the game, they really need to have some input.
I know schedules are busy and people have personal lives.
But even still, a once-a-week check-in isn't that big of a deal, is it?

Do you think we can make the chatroom private?

Then we'll know if a member cleared it or not.

So, passwords are going out, I assume, to the regular users, and then from there, people need to ask to use it?

When I check in, usually there's nobody around.
I guess it has something to do with the timezones. Mine is GMT+1

Anyway, I was hoping to stay away from passwords so all the members could access it and we wouldn't have to mass PM everybody. I'm almost sure it was a member because A) the username was Squall, an FF name and 2) the only link to the chatsite is on this forum, and the forum is only viewable to members.

@Nexis: Where is it on dA? Perhaps I can take it down, so it will only be at the forum, or do you mean the link to the chatroom at dA?

@Thalia: How can we find out which member it is? I read something on chatzy about holding ip-adresses. perhaps we can find out who it was by ip.

Yeah, we shoudln't have the Chatzy open to everybody who glances at the dA homepage.

And about the IP, I don't think we should worry. If they do it again, then we can find out who it was and do something about it.

This could be an accident. When he/she does it again, it's probably on purpose.

Exactly. It might have just been an accident this time. We know if it happens again, after the warning posted here and in the chat itself, we can ban said member.

Hiya, everyone! ^^ I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post this, but I'ma be away for a bit as I'm taking vacation up at my parents' house where there's no internet. But I will check in as soon as I get back! Vacation starts next week! Woot! I wanted to let everyone know since I'm like always here so no one thought I was swallowed by a black hole or anything like that hehehe I'll be on this week, but after that, I'll see y'all when I get back, kay?
